  1. Go to your browser page (see names in bold above).
  2. Type in the address box at the top of the page--www.1and1.com. Hit Enter.
  3. Click on Webmail Login in the top righthand corner.
  4. Type your email address and password. Click below on Login--or hit Enter
  5. Notice you are now on your 1and1 Web Mail page.
  6. See list on left side. Click on Spam in that list.
  7. View items that are listed right in front of you.
  8. If allare spam, click the little box under Reply All in the toolbar at thetop. This automatically checks all boxes. Click Delete on the toolbar.Give it a few seconds to delete.
  9. If some items are not spam,click those boxes. Click on Not Spam in the toolbar at the top.Theywill be removed and sent to your regular inbox on your e-mail program.Give it a few seconds.
  10. Then click the box under ReplyAll on thetoolbar, and all the rest of the boxes will be automatically checked.Click Delete on the toolbar. Continue until all the spam is processed.
  11. Thenon the menu on the left, click on Trash. Clickon the little box underReply All on the toolbar. Click Delete on thetoolbar. In the smallwindow on top left, click OK. Give it a few seconds. Continue until allthe Trash is emptied.
